Shipping & Returns
Shipping
The Lincoln Spirit Shop only offers shipping within the United States. Unless “Local Delivery” or “School Pick-up” is available as a shipping option and selected, all orders are sent directly from the apparel printer. All shipments are sent via USPS with tracking, unless otherwise noted in the Order Shipped notification. We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
If you have not received a package and/or there is an error in tracking, please contact the PTA Apparel Team [lincolnpta.apparel@gmail.com] to file a missing package report. Please provide your order number and the missing item[s] in the body of your email.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently only offer returns & exchanges for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. We cannot accept returns for size changes. All requests for returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the date the item[s] was received.
If your items is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact the PTA Apparel Team [lincolnpta.apparel@gmail.com] to file a return request. Please provide the your order number, the item[s] to be returned, and a photo[s] of the issue noted with the item. Once the return request is filed, the Lincoln Apparel Team will provide you instructions on returning the misprinted, damaged, or defective item.
