How long does it take to receive an order?

We use a range of suppliers to meet the apparel needs and wants of our Lincoln Community. Production and shipping time vary by supplier and item type. The more personalized products will take longer to receive. In general, an item may take up to 5 days to print. Customized items and bags may take longer You will receive a notification when the order is shipped.

Why did I receive two order notifications for my purchase?

We want you to be able to buy all your Lincoln Spirit apparel from a single site with a single checkout, regardless of how many supplier we may work with to fulfill your order. If more than once supplier will fulfill your order, the order will be “split” to each supplier. You will receive a shipment update for each order from each supplier.

Can I select “Local Delivery” if I am not local?

No. If you select local delivery and you are not local to Lincoln Elementary, your order will be canceled.
